Paguld Autogreasers were introduced to the DigMax product offering ain approximately 2019 and have proven to be very effective and reliable. Paguld have been manufacturing lubrication system components since 2007, exporting to USA and Germany.
In 2012 Paguld began development of their own lubrication systems, of which they now hold several patents. Their manufacturing procedures & products hold numerous ISO and CE certified standards, and they export globally. Paguld offer dual line and single line systems, with reservoir capacities ranging from 1kg (1L) to 100kg (100L).
In 2017 the factory produced 6000 units, 2018 increased to 10,000 units, and 2019 some 22,000 units, and now produce over 120,000 units per year.

Installing a greasing system on smaller excavators such as 12 to 30 ton excavators is now a very affordable investment, and a rather straightforward purchasing decision for reducing machine downtime and ownership costs. Most excavators and from 12 to 70 ton can have a 4kg system installed for NZD $6500 - $8500+GST), the final price depending on a machine inspection & attachments, and the type of system fitted. For earthmoving machinery, typical fitment is the 4kg (4L) dual line system, with other options of 2kg, 8kg, and 15kg reservoir's also available. The system will accept grease up to EP2 / NLGI2 at temperatures from -25 to +70 degrees Celcius, and can supply up to 100 lubrication points depending on line lengths. Greasing frequency and lubrication time periods are fully programmable through the digital interface on the pump. The pump is fully sealed from dust and water.
The system will indicate if any of the delivery lines have become blocked. Typically if a greasing system is installed and set up correctly, with the correct lubricant / grease used, blockages are very uncommon.
