BOX GRADING BLADES

1.8 ton to 20 ton available ex stock, and can custom build any size to request. Numerous customer requests lead us to develop our box grading blades. Bisaloy wear plates on underside for replacement. Available with and without rear roller. Rear roller for working metal. For versatility the rear roller can be easily removed by unbolting the bearings. Bearings are common UCF206 and UCF208, available from DigMax or your local bearing supplier. We have also custom built to request adding 360 continuous rotation, and also a tilt ram. These have proven to be hugely successful for increased productivity and quality for finishing work. Floor pads, driveways, road shoulders, batters.
