Mechanical Pulverisers 

We have worked closely with New Zealand's leading demolition contractors to develop robust, powerful mechanical pulverisers, with geometry to match use with quick couplers. Direct pin-on pulverisers require different geometry, and are also available on request.

We have supplied sizes from 20 ton to 50 ton, and can custom build to match any size excavator.

Material is Hardox 500, and QS345B.

Pulverisers feature replaceable teeth sets, robust strut arms, and hardox quick-attach strut hooks, all at exceptional value.

Hydraulic Pulverisers

Cracker Jaws

Constructed from solid Bisaloy, for maximum strength and durability, yet allowing for flexing to prevent cracking over life.

Standard 4 port hydraulics for open/close, and rotate function, eliminating the need for a case drain.

We can custom build to match hydraulic capacities of the carrier machine to maximise crushing power, and optimise cycle times.

Hydraulic Shears

DigMax Hydraulic Shears and are custom built to suit customers specifications, including railway iron shears.
Hydraulics are specified to match the carrier machine to optimise cutting force.

Grapples 

We have custom built selector grapples for 6 ton to 60 ton excavators. Materials are QS345B, Hardox, and Bisaloy.

We have also custom built grapples for specific applications, such as pole holders, stone grapples, bunching grapples, tetrapod grapples.

We generally use worm drives for the rotator for increased torque and hold force, of we can specify orbit motors upon request.

Double Ram Grab Buckets

After receiving requests for a grab bucket with a full width grab arm, we have developed the double ram grab bucket. The shape of the bucket is more in line with a traditonal digging bucket, with the bucket pickups mounts on the top of the bucket. This provides a working envelope much the same as a standard digging bucket,which increases versatility over the single ram grab grab buckets. The wider grab arm provides increased material gathering & holding capacity.

Sieve / Screening Buckets

We have built sieve buckets from 12 ton to 30 ton. Different shapes, capacities, hole sizes according to customer requirements. Materials are Hardox and Bisaloy.

Super High Reach Fronts

DigMax factory engineers have many years experience manufacturing high reach and super high reach front ends, which are built to order. Delivery approximately 12 weeks from order to delivery NZ.
